Community Policies and Guidelines

Rhoda Foundation aims to uphold human rights and principles of social equity under the provincial and Canadian guidelines. Our policies are developed with consideration for all community members working with or visiting the organization.

We aim to create a safe space for spiritual growth for community members, staff, and volunteers from all races, faiths, cultural backgrounds, with visible or invisible disabilities, medical conditions, ages, and genders.

 For staff, volunteers, and community members with visible, invisible disabilities, medical conditions, and/or other special needs.

Security measures include anti-theft protocols, the use of CCTV cameras, and restricted access to certain areas.

All persons protected under the Ontario Human Rights Code have the right to be free from harassment and discrimination.

A casual yet respectful attire - regardless of gender and age - appropriate for the weather and ongoing events.
